This recipe is really easy to make and is perfect for those days when you're craving for something sweet but you still have some control and want to keep it so healthy as possible.
Anyone can make it and if you don't like apples you can use the fruit you like (pear, peaches...). It's delicious to combine it with some vanilla ice cream and preferably eat it while is warm! Enjoy

Ingredients:

5 apples
butter
sugar
puff pastry
almond flakes (optional)

1. cut the apples in wedges and warm the oven 190ºC

2.In an oven proof pan let the butter and sugar melt and add the apples. Let them cook slowly until they get a golden-brown color and the caramel begins to get some bubbles.

3. Put the puff pastry on top of the apples and make some holes.

4. Bake it for around 20 mins or until the pastry gets a golden color.

5. Take it out the oven and invert it immediately in a serving plate and let it cool down a bit.

Enjoy!
